When I began, I purchased some software that ran on my local computer, and used to create and change my website. Some years later iPower added some free software for creating a basic website. WordPress is a free software package that runs on the host where your website is stored. So I decided to add the free WordPress package to my iPower website(s) and used it for the Blog portion of the site. I soon learned that WordPress can handle the entire website. There is no need to have software on my local computer – no need to buy software to create and maintain my websites.
It is rare that I need assistance because something isn’t working correctly or I can’t get something to function as I want. But once every year or two such an occasion arises. And so it was last night after an automatic WordPress package update when my admin account functions resulted in an error message that I needed help.
I went to my iPower Control Panel and searched around for the Help menu. In that I found support. I had the option of emailing them, calling them, or chatting with a Live person immediately. I opted to Chat.

The bottom line, and my big commercial for my blog, is that if you want to have a website try iPower and WordPress. You can’t beat the price, and you won’t beat the reliability and support.
